Celebrate a Baptism Story

Baptism is an outward expression of someone’s decision to follow Jesus, and it is beautiful! In 2025, the Anderson Campus has celebrated over 35 individuals’ baptisms. Aubrey is part of NewSpring Greenville’s Campus. Read her story in her own words: 

“I have always known Jesus, but I kept Him at a distance, only reaching out to Him during the really good and the really bad. I didn’t fully accept Jesus as my personal Savior until the beginning of this year during a Thursday night service, the first of the year, and the only one I’d been able to come to. I want to get baptized to publicly declare that Jesus is Lord, and that I give my everything to Him. I have met a whole new version of myself since my salvation, and that is the life I want to continue to pursue, knowing that I have been saved. Being baptized personally allows me to let go of the guilt and pain and hardness from my old life and to be born again with Jesus. He is no longer at a distance, but now at the forefront of my life.”
