A Mother’s Day Blessing

Moms, as you step into this week, may these words stay with you and draw you closer to your Father:

Heavenly Father, we lift up the women today who reflect Your heart through the gift of motherhood. We celebrate that each of you was created on purpose, uniquely fashioned by the Creator to carry out a divine calling. May you feel the warmth of His Holy Spirit today as clearly as your families feel the love you provide them. We pray for your steadfastness in Jesus, trusting in the constant, everlasting presence of the Savior. He is the one who will be with you always, even to the end of the age. In seasons of exhaustion and trials, joy and blessings, may you always find rest in the truth that as a mother comforts her child, so the Lord will comfort you.

We bless you this Mother’s Day with a resilient hope, walking in the confidence that the Lord who sustains all life is standing right beside you, sure and faithful, holding you and your children eternally in His care. Amen.
