Position Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who is relational, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable yet disciplined with process to lead cross-functional projects and strengthen project management practices. If you enjoy leading large initiatives from planning to closeout, coaching and supporting other project managers, and building systems that improve project visibility, this role could be for you!
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
- Sees project management as both art and science
- Believes collaboration produces better work
- Can bring clarity without overcomplicating
- Leads through influence, not just authority
- Thrives in environments where both structure and relationships matter
Qualifications for this job include being able to lead cross-functional projects in complex environments, coach and support other project managers, and demonstrate strong facilitation skills for workshops and collaborative planning. A PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
