Position Responsibilities

We’re looking for a spiritually mature leader who is collaborative, strategically systems-minded, and a developer of people to build and lead a new ministry development program that identifies, equips, and sends out future church staff and church planters. If you enjoy developing leaders for future ministry, building something from the ground up, or designing growth experiences that form both heart and skill, this role could be for you!

Qualifications include having a proven track record of:

• Building and managing ministry development programs
• Shepherding and developing future ministry leaders
• Collaborating across teams to align vision with execution
• Previous ministry experience in a local church context is a strong plus. A pastoral heart is essential.
