We are seeking a production leader who is team oriented, detailed and clearly called to ministry. Someone who values technical excellence and creative storytelling. This role is responsible for shaping the environment of our gatherings—ensuring that audio, video, and lighting work in seamless harmony to create a distraction-free experience that points people to the gospel.

Qualifications for this job include being able to display a working knowledge of:

• Allen & Heath Audio consoles and Hog lighting consoles
• Ross video systems
• Propresenter, Resolume and Adobe suite
• Ability to recruit and train volunteers
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
