Position Responsibilities

We're looking for an exceptional leader who is capable of growing our Guest Services ministry. This role is responsible for developing the strategy of Guest Services across all of our campuses and will require someone with a leadership development mindset.

Responsibilities of this role include developing effective strategies, providing excellent resources, and delivering world class training that will empower campus staff and volunteer teams to welcome and serve guests with excellence, activate people into the life of the church, and exude Biblical hospitality.

This candidate must be a proven leader who excels in team development, is passionate about volunteer growth, and brings a systematic, strategic approach to ministry. If you’re ready to take our Guest Services ministry to the next level and cultivate a thriving team, we want to hear from you!
