Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary leader to elevate our Guest Services Ministry, ensuring that every guest experiences the warmth, excellence, and intentionality that reflects our mission. This role is ideal for a high capacity leader who is deeply passionate about culture, leadership development, equipping large volunteer teams and creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and inspired to take their next steps with Jesus. 

What You’ll Lead:

  • Shape & Champion Culture: Build and drive a thriving, guest-focused culture across all campuses, ensuring alignment with NewSpring’s vision and values.
  • Develop & Empower Leaders: Invest in campus leaders through coaching, one-on-ones, trainings, and collaborative meetings, equipping them to create life-changing guest experiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide strategic oversight, systems, and resources that streamline operations and allow campus teams to focus on what matters most—people.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with Worship Arts, Risk & Safety, and other key teams to create seamless, impactful gatherings.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage insights and analytics to refine and enhance the Guest Services experience.
  • Sustainable Growth: Cultivate a culture of leadership development and volunteer engagement, ensuring our teams are equipped, inspired, and growing.
