We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus deeply, loves people genuinely, gets stuff done, and has a knack for bringing order to a lot of moving pieces to help strengthen Discipleship at our Spartanburg Campus. If you enjoy shepherding people, developing leaders, building healthy ministry, and have a can-do attitude, you might be our person.

To be qualified for this job, you’ll need to be comfortable navigating ministry technology systems, confident in developing and empowering volunteer leaders, readily see what needs to be done and follow it through to completion. You don't have to be the loudest person in the room, but you should notice the people in the room, care about their stories, and be someone they can count on.

A few things to keep in mind about the schedule:

• It’s not your typical 9-to-5!
• Expect some early mornings and evening hours.
• You’ll spend lots of time in conversations (and probably drink tons of coffee).

But it's all worth it if helping people grow in their walk with Jesus gets you pumped up!
