Fuse Internship

Care for and shepherd Fuse group leaders to ensure they are in a healthy place to lead.

Equip Fuse group leaders with resources and strategies to help them disciple their groups.

Develop a method that encourages and tracks volunteers’ engagement with students outside of a Fuse gathering. 

Plan and execute outreach events that see relationships with new students and families built outside of NewSpring Church. 

Run reports that give insight into the health of Fuse groups, and use the reports to speak into where group leaders are winning and where there is room for improvement. 

Identify potential group leaders, and provide training to onboard new group leaders.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
